New iPhone 11 stuck on setting up Apple ID. Stuck on setting up Apple ID for approx 10 hours now. I have tried turning off and turning back on, force restarting, transferring apps and data from old iPhone and iCloud backup (neither worked), not transferring apps and data at all and setting up as a new phone. Nothing has worked.
