Ptcb preliminary result pass but failed.
I thought I failed mine as well, got the preliminary pass and ended up with a 1571. (1600 is highest for context). My pharmacist said most people in her experience who think they did really bad but had the prelim pass probably actually did really well on it. Early congrats though! And impostor syndrome is totally a real thing.

PTCB does not provide a percentage or number of questions that must be answered correctly in order to pass the exam due to the use of scaled scoring. It seems that there is a fear amongst the RNs to ask eachother questions so instead they are CONSTANTLY calling pharmacy with RN questions and increasingly so since we have a huge increase in new RNs.
