But, at high to ultra settings even at 1440p. The 4070ti should avg above the 130fps mark. At 4k, i think it will struggle to go over 100fps. There is only about 15 to 20fps at best difference between the 3080 vs 4070ti, for 1440p.TLDR: Go for the 13700K. The comparatively small 300-400 MHz difference between the two, given, the cost difference, means that the 13700K is still the superior choice.
